The Seal Heated Display Base is an affordable choice where overhead heat and illumination is not required, for example where covered dishes are served. With a minimum food holding temperature of 72°C, the thermostatic control allows base heat to be adjusted to suit a variety of food products. It’s ideal for numerous uses such as front of house in smaller hotels for breakfast goods, carveries in small pubs and restaurants, and anywhere else you want to offer customers self service.
