The Fimar Meat Mincer 12/RS is a high-quality commercial meat grinder manufactured in Italy. It features a stainless steel body and hopper and a meat infeed of Ø52mm. The grinder has an hourly production capacity of 300kg/h and comes with a removable stainless steel grinding unit for easy maintenance and self-sharpening. The grinder also includes a supplied stainless steel knife and drilled plates & knives of 20mm / 30mm sausage funnels.
