Designed for performance and flexibility, the UK-made AS4 grill allows you to quickly position the grill head as close to the food as you like – thereby speeding up cooking or easing up if you’re waiting on another dish.
Strong stainless steel construction throughout makes the Lincat both highly durable and easy to clean, whilst the simple manual dial controls and built-in timer give you the precision you need to get great cooking results every time.
The salamander is also large enough to accommodate a full size (1/1GN) gastronorm pan directly under the heat – perfect for quickly transferring pans between appliances without having to change containers.
