Heavy duty countertop gas chargrill that does not require lava rocks. A great solution to grilling in busy professional kitchens. This grill is part of Magikitch’n’s Series 600 – called 600 because with their updated computer designed heat pattern they boast edge-to-edge consistent temperature of 600 Farenheit (316°C). This consistency of temperature makes the grills easier to operate than standard gas grills. This grill uses radiants, but you can also field convert it to coals if you change your mind further down the line. When the top grid is down to a flat position this unit can also be operated as a range. 1220mm wide
